What is Shelby Elaine?
When I started Shelby Elaine I had a distinct vision to make this company more than just a wedding and event planning service. I knew I wanted a brand that meant more than just providing a service. Starting a company or brand can be SO scary, but when you love it, it is never as hard to do as not doing it as all.
So what exactly are we? Let’s break it down. Shelby Elaine Studios is a wedding and event planning company with several branches within it. We offer planning, design (yes, these are different), styling, inspiration, friendship, guidance, a listening ear, a boutique, a blog, and so much more. We are constantly evolving to stay relevant to whatever we feel like people need.
I didn’t see our company being a one time service that was only relevant to someone during their engagement season. I wanted a platform where brides & grooms, wedding parties, wedding guests, lovers of hosting, vendors, other wedding planners, lovers of fashion, and any person who has ever hosted or attended an event can go for whatever they need. Whether this be help planning and designing, advice on navigating family, friend, and relationship dynamics, a place to shop, or so much more. At our core, we are primarily a wedding design company. Our clients are mainly brides and grooms getting married and looking for help. Our packages include partial, full, and luxury planning.
Partial Planning: This is our lowest package, which offers a customized way to “tag team” your planning experience. A lot of collaboration on vendors while working together to confirm all parts of your day.
Full Planning: Our middle package for the client that needs all the help they can get with their wedding day. This package lets you relax and make the “fun” decisions while we bring the entire vision to life.
Luxury Planning: This planning package is designed where our couple could just show up on their wedding day and not have to lift a finger. It includes planning of the bridal luncheon, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day. This package emphasizes unique design and ideas.
As a company we will never tell you that we don’t have a solution. We will always find some sort of solution and do so without stress. I think that having a successful wedding stands on the trust a client puts into their vendors, especially their planner.
